OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team in Danbury, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various industrial surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using spray equipment.Inspect completed work for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment and tools.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or industrial coatings is a plus.Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.You should be proficient in:OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)Machines & technologies you'll use:Paint Sprayer #J-18808-Ljbffr
