Role Summary
The Chief People Officer at Winixx leads the entire people function — building the HR organization, the culture, and the talent strategy that will carry Winixx from startup to market leader. You will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive team, shaping not just HR policy but the fundamental character of how we build and run this company.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the people strategy across talent acquisition, development, compensation, culture, and compliance
- Build and lead the HR organization as the company scales from dozens to hundreds of employees
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on organizational design, headcount planning, and leadership development
- Develop compensation and total rewards frameworks that attract and retain top talent across all functions
- Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and genuine care that makes Winixx a destination employer
- Lead the company's DEI strategy and ensure it is embedded in all people practices
- Oversee HR compliance across all operating states and ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Represent the people function in board meetings and investor discussions
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a CHRO, CPO, or VP of People role
- Proven track record of building people functions and organizational culture in high-growth technology companies
- Deep expertise across talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, and HR compliance
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence at the board level
- Experience building remote-first or distributed workforce people programs
- Strong commercial acumen — understands how people strategy drives business outcomes
- Experience in logistics, marketplace, or SaaS companies is a meaningful advantage
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus

Final compensation is established at the time of offer and may fall anywhere within the stated range based on these factors.
Compensation ranges reflect national US market data and are subject to change. Additional forms of compensation may include performance bonuses, equity participation, and other benefits as outlined in your offer documentation.
