Director, Commercial Operations (DCO), U.S. HIV - West Region

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Commercial Operations (DCO), U.S. HIV - West Region to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will oversee regional commercial execution for a complex therapeutic area, aligning field strategy with customer needs and market dynamics across the West Region. The role partners closely with sales, marketing, market access, and other cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen customer engagement and drive business outcomes. It is a hands‑on leadership opportunity focused on translating strategy into effective field action while supporting compliance and reimbursement awareness in the marketplace. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $231,900 – $365,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing regional team focused on HIV. Own the regional customer strategy and experience for key healthcare professionals. Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers in the HIV ecosystem. Coach teams to execute customer‑level plans effectively. Ensure compliance with access and reimbursement updates in field planning. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver a consistent customer experience. Drive regional business results and contribute to financial goals. Qualifications BA/BS degree required; MBA/MS preferred. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech Sales, Marketing, or Market Access. 2+ years of people management experience leading dispersed teams. 3+ years managing relationships with healthcare professionals and complex customers.
