Scheduling Coordinator

Description JOB PURPOSE The Scheduling Coordinator is primarily responsible for scheduling the LVN's and CNA's for each month. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. NHPPD calculations daily. Developing and implementing schedule for staffing needs. Identify employee requirements. Prepare work schedule. Notify registry agencies for early and ongoing bookings. Maintains registry binder for all registry personal's timesheets. Determine staffing shortage and report open shifts. Work with HR/Payroll in determining NHPPD through timesheets. Confirm LVN and CNA working hours to ensure adequate staffing per shift.
