Customer Service Representative

PURPOSE

As an Appointment Setter you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, provide exceptional customer service, schedule qualified appointments for sales team, and support company growth through effective communication, lead management, and accurate data entry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. This includes outbound calls to incoming lead inquiries.
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team using the 5 commitments.
• Manage & respond to inbound leads from lead aggregators, digital marketing campaigns, direct mail, events, referrals, and other company lead sources.
• Maintain speed-to-lead standards and promptly contact all assigned leads.
• Utilize ServiceTitan, Call Center Pro and other company systems as required.
• Follow company scripts, processes, and appointment-setting standards.
• Understand and help manage the sales calendar.
• Accurately enter and update customer information within company CRM system.
• Help with Appt. Confirmations as needed.
• Assist with customer service issues and route escalated concerns to management when necessary.
• Assist with review generation and customer retention initiatives.
• Help with assigned administrative projects (highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs)
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation on all customer interactions.
• Assist senior management with additional duties or responsibilities deemed necessary.
