Preconstruction Manager - South Florida Vertical Construction

About the Opportunity HV Talent Group is partnering with a well‑established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Preconstruction Manager to help lead budgets, design‑phase coordination, estimating workflows, procurement strategy, and client‑facing preconstruction support across the company. This role becomes more important as the organization grows into larger and more complex assignments. What this role will own Lead preconstruction efforts from pursuit through handoff, including budgets, design reviews, value engineering, milestone deliverables, and client communication. Manage estimating resources, outside pricing support, trade partner engagement, and scope alignment across packages. Identify constructability issues, cost drivers, long‑lead risks, and schedule implications early. Develop procurement strategies, logistics assumptions, and budget narratives that set project teams up for success. Own the handoff process so awarded work begins with clarity rather than confusion. What strong candidates bring Strong preconstruction, estimating, or operations background with design‑phase involvement on vertical construction. Confidence with owners, architects, consultants, and internal leadership. Pricing judgement, scope discipline, and constructability instincts. Ability to coordinate multi‑party preconstruction processes and improve tools / templates as needed. Florida market knowledge and trade‑partner network strongly preferred.
