The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their preconstruction team, supporting the pursuit and pricing of ground-up high-rise, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates from conceptual through GMP/hard bid
- Performing full quantity takeoffs across all trades
- Soliciting, leveling, and evaluating subcontractor bids
- Reviewing drawings/specs to identify risks and VE opportunities
- Building relationships with subs, vendors, and design teams
- Collaborating with project executives on budgets and bid strategy
