BCBA TherapistLocations: Multiple Michigan Locations (Canton, Dearborn, Grosse Pointe Woods, Lansing, Southgate, Sterling Heights) Work Model: Scheduled Work-from-Home Days Included Openings: 10 Employment Type: Full-Time The BCBA Therapist is responsible for designing, supervising, and implementing individualized behavioral treatment programs for children receiving ABA therapy. This role requires strong leadership abilities, clinical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral support strategiesDevelop and adjust programs based on ongoing assessment and client progressMaintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory responsibilitiesCollaboration & SupervisionCollaborate with directors, parents, and client support networks to review case progressProvide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapistsCommunicate effectively with funding sources regarding progress reports, authorizations, and meetingsClient & Team SupportEnsure adherence to ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and treatment fidelityParticipate in case reviews, staff meetings, and professional developmentMaintain documentation, clinical notes, and progress reports according to policyRequiredBCBA Certification OR Master's degree + completed ABA courseworkKnowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportationStrong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skillsProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to communicate routinely with team members regarding schedules and client needsPreferredFluency in a second language (opportunity for increased base pay)Aptitude for higher-level management responsibilitiesPrior exposure to clinical or ABA settings (not required)Skills and CertificationsBCBA CertificationApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Discrete Trial Training (DTT)Behavioral program developmentClinical supervision skillsStrong documentation and communication skills
