Position Overview
Gehl Food & Beverage is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Coordinator to support the development and commercialization of food and beverage products. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, maintain documentation, and help keep commercialization projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Coordinate meetings, communications, timelines, and status updates
- Manage low-complexity commercialization projects
- Maintain project documentation and trackers in SharePoint and Smartsheet
- Identify risks and escalate issues as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standard
- 2+ years of project coordination experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Food & beverage or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
