Were looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys variety in their day. This role supports customer service, accounting tasks (AR/AP), and some HR responsibilities. What youll do: - Help customers with questions and orders - Support invoicing, payments, and basic accounting tasks - Assist with employee on-boarding and administrative HR needs - Keep things/information organized and moving across the building/company About the Position Maine Coast Sea Vegetables is seeking an organized, adaptable, people-oriented team member to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our employee-owned seaweed company. This position will work closely with administration, production, customer service, and management teams. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, communication, organization, and helping keep a growing business running smoothly. This is a hands-on support role with opportunities to learn accounting, HR, ERP systems, customer service, and operational coordination over time.
