What You’ll Do as a Recovery Assistant As a Recovery Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to independence and community integration. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include: Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care. Encouraging self‑advocacy and fostering independence. Supporting individuals in achieving their personal goals and navigating community resources. Promoting a positive and inclusive environment. Documenting progress and ensuring quality care is provided. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working with individuals with disabilities or barriers to inclusion. A compassionate and patient approach to supporting others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to our mission of enhancing lives and promoting independence.
