Alloy Personal Training Huntington Beach is seeking an experienced Founding General Manager to lead the launch of one of Southern California's newest premium personal training studios.

Our mission is simple. Launch one of Huntington Beach's premier personal training studios while building an incredible founding membership.

The Founding General Manager will l ead presale and early launch execution, building a strong founding membership base and scaling toward 130–150 active members as the studio ramps.  

You'll partner directly with ownership to establish one of Alloy's flagship Southern California locations while creating an exceptional member experience from day one.

LUCRATIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE

$65,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience and fit, plus performance-based launch bonuses and longer-term upside tied to studio growth, member retention, and profitability. Strong performers have the opportunity to earn into the $90,000.00–$120,000.00+ range as the studio scales.

This is primarily a sales, leadership, and studio operations role. The GM may occasionally coach or support sessions as needed, but the primary responsibility is building membership, leading the team, and executing the Alloy operating system.  

This is a hands-on founding role. The right leader is willing to make calls, run consultations, attend community events, follow up with leads, solve operational issues, and coach the team through daily execution.  

The right candidate is energized by learning and executing a proven franchise system, following a structured sales and member-experience process, and coaching the team to consistent standards before making changes.  

THE IDEAL MATCH WILL

• Drive consultations, appointment setting, membership sales, and close ratios
• Build a founding membership of 130-150 members prior to Grand Opening
• Execute retention strategies that maximize lifetime member value
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop an exceptional coaching team
• Lead weekly sales meetings and coach development sessions
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and studio operations
• Build local business partnerships and community relationships
• Deliver premium consultations utilizing Alloy's proven assessment process
• Maintain an exceptional member experience and positive studio culture
• Partner directly with ownership on KPIs, staffing, revenue growth, and future expansion
• Lead by example while creating a high-performance, team-first culture
• Own the daily lead follow-up rhythm, consultation booking process, and conversion accountability during presale and launch

ABOUT YOU

• 3–5+ years of boutique fitness, fitness, health club, or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong membership sales and consultative selling background
• Experience leading coaches, trainers, or sales teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing staffing, scheduling, payroll, and daily operations
• Available for occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Passionate about changing lives through health and fitness

Leadership experience in luxury hospitality, membership sales, retail management, wellness, customer experience, country clubs, or other high-end service environments is also highly valued.
