Job Position: QA Tech Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Shift: 1st shift Description Quality Assurance Technician | Water Manufacturing | Performance-to-Hire Shift Available: Day Shift. Schedule: Monday‑Sunday 12-hour rotation from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Location: Woodridge, IL. Responsibilities Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products. Monitor water flow and sanitation of treatment systems including ROs, tanks, filters, and media beds. Maintain HACCP and SQF quality records. Conduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document production and QA activities accurately. Report food safety and quality concerns to management. Support production operations while maintaining GMP standards. Assist with sanitation and cleaning procedures as needed. Ensure compliance with company safety and food safety procedures. Requirements Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in manufacturing required. Food manufacturing, beverage, or GMP experience preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Basic math and computer skills required. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing and food processing environment. Must complete pre-employment screenings including drug test and background check.
