Quality Control Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to help ensure our food products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production environment—testing products, identifying issues, and working directly with operations to maintain consistency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Record and evaluate test results against company and regulatory standards
• Monitor production lines to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Conduct routine sanitation and quality audits
• Calibrate and verify testing equipment
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality reports
• Assist with audits, certifications, and recall readiness
• Work closely with production and leadership teams to improve processes

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, quality, or a related field
• Familiarity with GMPs and food safety standards preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Comfortable working both on the production floor and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

• Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
