Laboratory GMP Compliance Coordinator

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Laboratory GMP Compliance Coordinator to support documentation and training management for GMP laboratories in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The role involves managing training programs, compliance workflows, and audit support within a clinical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation and training programs for GMP laboratories supporting clinical manufacturing
• Process training service requests and manage Learning Management System updates and workflows
• Create and maintain training curricula, new hire learning plans, and training impact assessments
• Support compliance documentation for audits and inspections; calculate training metrics
• Scan, upload, and index documentation to Electronic Document Management Systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, or related lab science
• 2+ years experience in GMP environment, laboratory, manufacturing, or quality/compliance
• Experience with GMP training management and/or GMP documentation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, and Electronic Document Management Systems
• Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and balance multiple priorities
