Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple residential exterior construction, (roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, eaves), projects with integrity and a focus on driving excellent customer outcomes, bring your skills to our dynamic and growing team! As an essential part of the team and reportingdirectly to the Brand President, you will focus operational coordination, job safety, compliance, and customer service in pursuit of complete job satisfaction. You will be part of a very collaborative, very agile team working collectively to fulfill our mission of saving our communities from unscrupulous contractors. Key Responsibilities Conducting thorough schedule assessment Ensuring material cost, availability and logistics are in place to support multiple jobs Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as subcontractors, vendors and customers. Collaborating with sales, scheduling and finance to ensure efficient and complete project closure process Track and monitor performance to stated KPIs Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
