Shifts: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Perks

Average Salary: $32 – $48/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25 Nights | +$3 Weekends
Relocation Assistance: Available (case by case)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience
RN License (FL or Compact)
BLS (AHA) required

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered ICU care
Monitor, assess, and implement treatment plans
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
