You will work with warm leads, conduct client appointments, explain benefit options, and provide support throughout the insurance decision-making process. If you are organized, coachable, and enjoy meaningful conversations, this could be an excellent next step.

Your Day-to-Day

• Connect with individuals, families, union members, and association members

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments

• Review insurance needs and explain benefit options clearly

• Follow up with clients to ensure questions are answered

• Build trust through professional, timely communication

• Participate in team training and coaching sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
