Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

The McGallian Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Licensed Remote Insurance Sales Representative to help grow our agency and develop new customer relationships across multiple insurance product lines.

Responsibilities include working agency-provided and purchased leads to generate new business, making outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective customers, responding promptly to new lead opportunities, conducting needs-based conversations and recommending appropriate coverage options, preparing and presenting insurance quotes, consistently following up with prospects throughout the sales process, asking for the sale and helping new customers transition to our agency, identifying opportunities to bundle and cross-sell multiple insurance products, maintaining an organized sales pipeline and accurate prospect records, meeting established activity, quote, application, and production goals, and developing referral opportunities from new and existing customers.

An active insurance license is required for this position. Property & Casualty licensing is strongly preferred, and Life & Health licensing is a plus. As our remote sales operation grows, team members may have opportunities to work with customers in multiple states. We will assist qualified team members with obtaining additional non-resident/multi-state insurance licenses as needed.

Qualifications include an active insurance license required, insurance sales experience preferred, strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills, comfortable with outbound calling and consistent prospect follow-up, self-motivated and able to work independently, strong organization and time-management skills, comfortable working toward measurable sales and activity goals, and willingness to obtain additional state licenses with agency support.
