Plant Controller

Adecco has partnered with our manufacturing client in Washtenaw County, MI to find a Plant Controller. If you are looking for an organization that is employee centric, believes in a work/life balance, pays out bonuses and gives cost of living adjustments each year then this might be a great role for you! This will be 100% onsite until the person understands the plant, processes, and demonstrates that they have the ability to manage the role and staff by working two days remote. This plant is non-union, with three shifts. Core Responsibilities (not limited to): Lead all plant-level financial operations (AP/AR, inventory, fixed assets, etc.) Manage month-end close, reporting, and financial reconciliations Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and 5-year financial planning Partner with plant leadership to drive cost savings and process improvements Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls Support audits (internal & external) Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5–7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred) Strong background in plant/operations finance Experience with ERP systems (AS400, CMS, or Epicor preferred) Advanced Excel skills Working knowledge of SOX/internal controls #J-18808-Ljbffr
