Lead ASIC DFT & SSN Architect

Omega Solutions Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA, is seeking a senior DFT engineer to lead the implementation of SSN-based test flows, including scan insertion, compression/decompression, memory BIST, and logic BIST using Siemens Tessent tools.
The role requires extensive experience with ASICs, RTL and gate netlist DFT, ATPG pattern generation, and scripting in Python/Tcl/C++. You will collaborate with design and test teams to drive tapeout readiness.
