Position Details: Executive Administration

Administrative Support Role

Support TCS Office with administrative tasks including but not limited to the following:

• Relieve management of project administrative detail
• Manage Executive Calendar/Travel itinerary
• Event and meeting coordination including attendee transportation, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, A/V requirements, catering, etc.
• File Travel and Expenses in the system
• Arrange customer/employee appreciation events
• Arrange Team building events
• Compose and manage correspondence/reports/contracts for Executive's signature
• Arrange essential mail in priority action order and distribute to TCS staff
• Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
• Process replies on own initiative or on Executive direction
• Workflow approvals on behalf of executive based on the direction and company policy
• Document preparation and filing
• Maintain inventory of office supplies
• Project Administration Coordination
• Research, draft or abstract reports

Qualifications:

• At least 7-8 yrs of administrative experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to travel
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside vendors and clients
