Position Highlights Level III NICU (28 beds) with an average daily census of 19 and ~2,700 deliveries per year. In-house NNP model providing 24/7 coverage with strong physician support. 24 hour in house shifts Shared responsibilities including rounding, acute NICU care, delivery attendance, and procedures based on experience. Collaborative, team-oriented environment with neonatologists who value NNP autonomy and clinical judgment. Full subspecialty support plus a dedicated neonatal transport team.
