Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative based in Houston, TX. The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, presenting and selling various insurance solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service, explaining policy details, and advising clients on selecting coverage that meets their needs. The representative will be expected to achieve sales targets, manage client portfolios, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Previous experience in the insurance industry and relevant certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Colonial Life
