Education is not limited to your immediate position, we encourage our team to learn about other departments and set goals to grow within the company./ppPrimary Responsibilities - Training Provided!/pulliMonitor job progress and cause for any delays/liliScheduling for the Production Department, with a contingency plan/liliMaintain job file documentation - advising team of anticipated completion/liliNotify vendors when their services are needed/liliMaintain internal and external communications - customers, vendors, office and management team/liliEnsure all daily documentation is collected and saved to the server/system - scanning documents and downloading photos/liliLearn and utilize our internal systems as well as the services our Production Team provides./liliAssist the Office and Production Managers in customer questions and needs/liliAct as the liaison between the office and production teams, you would be a hub for communication/liliAssist other departments, as needed./li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulli2+ years of administrative or office related experience./liliExperience with job customer service, scheduling, quality assurance, and the restoration process is a plus./liliExperience in service industry environment a plus./liliOutstanding written and verbal communication skills - with patience/liliPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills./liliExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail./liliSelf-motivated and goal oriented./liliAbility to multi-task./liliCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)./liliAbility to learn new/proprietary software./liliMinimum education High School Diploma or GED equivalent./liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law./li/ulpHours/pulli40 Hours/week.
