Packer/Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Production / Packaging Associate
We are seeking a Production / Packaging Associate to join our team at a food manufacturing facility that produces spices on a large scale for other food manufacturers and spice companies. This role involves packing products, operating packaging equipment, and assisting with palletizing finished goods. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced manufacturing environment and handling product throughout the packaging process.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished spice products into boxes according to company standards
- Operate packaging machines and assist with production processes
- Palletize finished products for shipment
- Move and organize product within the facility
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and food manufacturing guidelines
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous related manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Experience packing products into boxes or working in a packaging environment
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, moving product, and standing for extended periods
