Responsibilities And Tasks Learn complex computer systems used in tracking and controlling manufacturing processes. Gain familiarization with manufacturing business processes. Help in configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting a wide range of computer-integrated processes. Assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying custom solutions to extend our manufacturing systems’ capabilities. Work with key business stakeholders to provide process analytics. Collaborate with various departments to enhance our systems. Support new product introduction. Prepare and maintain application documentation. Education, Experience, License And Certifications A minimum of a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Services or related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience A desire to obtain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Moderate experience with computer programming and programming concepts (experience with C# and SQL preferred) Familiarity with databases A willingness to learn new skills at a rapid pace Skills And Abilities US Citizenship is required Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols. Experience with scripting and automation tools. A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans. Strong knowledge of implementation and effective development of helpdesk and IT operations best practices. May require the ability to obtain a US security clearance Travel and Physical Demands No required travel.
