The current Managed business includes approximately $200BN in AUM. The Global Head of Managed Investments Sales manages a team of ~20 global investment professionals responsible for distribution coordination with In-Field Specialists, Bankers and Investment Counselors across Citi Wealth’s client segments (Citigold/ Citigold Private Client, Wealth at Work and Private Bank), product education and implementation ideas. This role requires an experienced investment professional with deep Investments knowledge, exceptional relationship management, communication and influencing skills, and strong sales experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive sales strategy for Managed globally, partnering closely with Head of Citi Investment Management, Global Head of Citi Wealth Investment Solutions, and key senior leaders in WealthPartner closely with in-field specialists leads and segment sales leadership to incorporate managed offerings into client conversations and portfolios, leading to sales growthEstablish a newly created home office sales team - hire, retain and attract top talent, identify & lead execution of relevant metrics/reporting, create incentive structure & scorecards.Prioritize key initiatives by region and segment to ensure appropriate solution focusProvide a feedback loop for Managed Product and Research teams to ensure thoughtful, thematic focus and product offerings meet client needs and ensure that platform experience is continuously improved including product and platform innovation.Sales Material – work with Product teams to develop and enhance internal and external presentations & marketing materials for offerings; ensure regional needs are met with global consistency and sharing of best practicesEducation & Training – intimately understand the current managed offerings; partner with Manager Research and Product teams to schedule and lead internal training sessions (regional and global)Qualifications:Location: New YorkBS/BA in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred15+ years of relevant work experienceStrong work ethic and positive attitude among fast-changing environment and prioritiesDemonstrable Investments sales experienceStrong organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to work productively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesTrack record of recruiting talent and leading high performing teams to achieve common goalsWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsStrong presentation skills in both small and large settingsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentTravel – 25% of time into global hubs – Miami, London, Hong Kong, Singapore------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Private Client Product Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Investment Managed Sales------------------------------------------------------Time Type:------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$250 000,00 - $500 000,00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
