Resumen del puesto Los representantes de ventas de Alfa Insurance son jugadores de equipo que sienten un orgullo excepcional de la empresa a la que representan, de los productos que venden y de ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente. Ayudan al agente a desempeñar las funciones de ventas y administrativas necesarias para escribir y atender a nuestros clientes actuales, así como en su esfuerzo por aumentar el negocio. Muchos agentes de seguros de Alfa son contratistas independientes. Estos agentes no son empleados de Alfa Insurance. El personal de los agentes contratistas independientes será empleado por el agente y no por Alfa Insurance. Responsabilidades Responsable de prospectar nuevos negocios en seguros multilínea, cotización y vinculación de pólizas, gestionar consultas de clientes, documentar solicitudes y completar cambios, aceptar y procesar primas. El servicio a los clientes incluye sólidas habilidades de comunicación en múltiples plataformas, habilidades para resolver conflictos y capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevos programas y procesos informáticos. Experto en adaptarse a un entorno en constante cambio y ritmo extremadamente rápido. Proporciona apoyo al agente y al personal del centro de servicio según sea necesario. Toma decisiones para determinar la asegurabilidad y la colocación del solicitante utilizando las habilidades competentes para vincular y tramitar solicitudes. Garantizar el funcionamiento eficaz del centro de servicio, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a: informes, documentación y distribución de correo.
