We're looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to help drive Escalade Sports' next chapter of e?commerce growth for these basketball brands.Job PurposeThe Brand Marketing Specialist drives Escalade Sports' e?commerce growth and enhances the online customer experience through ownership of the Shopify marketplace, Email/SMS platforms, affiliate marketing programs, SEO strategy, and performance analytics. This role supports the Basketball brands by turning insights into action and ensuring our digital channels are optimized for sales and engagement.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Shopify promotions, Email/SMS campaigns (Klaviyo), review platforms (Bazaarvoice), and promotional calendarsSupport paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Wayfair and manage affiliate program deliverablesManage site structure updates, landing page builds, and app integrations to enhance the digital experienceCreate and execute a promotional and social media calendarAssist in building a strong brand focused social media presenceWrite clear and engaging SEO, GEO rich content for ecommerce that reflect the brand's voiceOrganize and manage product content (copy, images, videos, specs, dimensions, pricing) utilizing a product database Salsify and publishing to Shopify websites, Amazon, and additional retail channelsMaintain product metadata, Google Merchant Center feeds, and SEO, GEO rankingsTrack and analyze performance using GA4 and pixel data to inform marketing strategy and investmentCollaborate with brand, product, sales and creative on initiatives that drive e?commerce growthContribute to reporting dashboards and insights to share with the Basketball team and senior leadershipStay current on e?commerce, SEO, and digital marketing trends to recommend enhancementsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field2-3 years of e?commerce or digital marketing experience preferredHands?on expertise in any of the following Shopify, Klaviyo, or SalsifyFamiliarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, AMS) and affiliate marketing toolsProficiency with SEO and analytics tools (GA4, SemRush, BrightEdge)Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively across marketing, product, and creativePhysical DemandsSitting, talking and listening at least 2/3 of the timeLifting up to 25 poundsStooping and kneelingFine motor coordinationWorking ConditionsOffice environment
