As a Market Associate, you are the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits our stores. You will provide a great customer experience in a clean, friendly, fast-paced work environment. Our associates are provided with opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions. Full- and part-time work is available to fit almost any schedule. When our customers think 'Ideal Market,' we want them to immediately think of their favorite employee who greets them each morning, who asks about their day, who has a large coffee and a sausage biscuit waiting on them when they walk in, who simply makes their day 'ideal.'
