Maximus is seeking a Trainer I for a seasonal, remote role running roughly six to eight weeks from September through December. The position requires an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CST, including overtime on Mondays during production and a second day in December. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, coordinating event logistics, and maintaining records.
