Villagio Hospitality Group is proud to operate Repeal Speakeasy and Moonsong Bar + Café inside the Tempo by Hilton in Manassas, and we are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead both concepts as part of our award-winning team. This role oversees two distinctive operations within the hotel: Moonsong Bar + Café – delivering full food & beverage operations for the hotel, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a polished, high-energy environment Repeal Speakeasy – an elevated, immersive cocktail and dining experience operating during evening hours The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for leading daily operations across both venues while upholding Villagio Hospitality Group’s service culture and ensuring full alignment with Hilton brand and service standards. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in multi-venue environments and is passionate about building teams, driving service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
