Job Summary

This Lead Systems Analyst will provide crucial project support and backfill internal resources across global cash and invoicing transformation initiatives. The role handles the analysis, end-to-end testing, and deployment of international Electronic Invoicing protocols, Treasury Information Systems (TIS), and banking modifications impacting both the AP and AR lifecycles. This is more of a Lead Systems Analyst role supporting treasury and banking-related initiatives. The resource will help alleviate project workload from the existing team and may support additional projects as needed. The environment involves large-scale, global implementations and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, data validation, and testing scripts for localized E-Invoicing and international banking implementation projects.
• Support ongoing global TIS (Treasury Information Systems) platform rollouts.
• Manage compliance requirements for the ISO 20022 payment standard, identifying transactional payment errors and engineering structural fixes.
• Act as the functional translator between technical Oracle/SAP ERP configurations and operational accounting teams.
• Support treasury and banking system initiatives.
• Work on analysis, system/process improvement, and project execution activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across AP/AR and treasury functions.
• Assist with implementation and integration efforts involving banking platforms and ERP systems.
• Contribute to global transformation projects and process optimization initiatives.

Required Experience

• 5 years of Systems/Business Process Analysis experience.
• Strong experience working on project-based initiatives and performing functional/process analysis.
• Experience supporting large-scale global projects.
• Ability to work independently in a lead analyst capacity.
• 5 years of experience with functional expertise in Accounts Payable (PTP) or Accounts Receivable (OTC) technology modernizations.
• Strong prior background executing bank-connectivity testing, payment processing logic, or country-specific electronic invoicing architectures.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Treasury project experience.
• Experience with banking systems, specifically TIS (Treasury Intelligence Solutions).
• Exposure to AP and AR processes.
• ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
• Understanding of ISO 20022 standards.
• PL/SQL knowledge is a plus.

Important Notes

• Treasury experience is preferred, but candidates with strong analytical/project backgrounds can be trained on the treasury side.
• Current initiative involves AP implementation work with Citibank.
• Candidates can sit remotely anywhere in the U.S.; they do not need to be located in Cleveland, Ohio.
