We are looking for motivated, business-minded individuals interested in building a career as an Aflac Benefits Advisor . You’ll have the opportunity to build and grow your own book of business with unlimited earning potential—without having to build a brand from scratch. This is a** 1099 independent agent** opportunity that combines B2B sales, employee benefits education, enrollment, and ongoing client service . You’ll work directly with business owners, HR professionals, and employees to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.

Prior sales experience is welcome, but not required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Meet with business owners and HR decision-makers
• Conduct presentations and benefits consultations
• Educate employers and employees on insurance products
• Conduct employee enrollments
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop marketing and lead-generation strategies
• Serve as a benefits resource and worksite liaison for clients
• Maintain required state insurance licensing

This is a 1099 independent agent opportunity, not a salaried W-2 position. Compensation is performance-based and may include commissions, residual income, bonuses, stock opportunities, and incentive and recognition opportunities . Details are discussed during the interview process.
