Charter Senior Living of Annapolis is seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth and community outreach efforts.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Sales & Occupancy Growth

• Own and drive occupancy and census growth
• Convert inquiries into tours, and tours into move-ins
• Conduct high-impact community tours that build trust and close effectively
• Maintain consistent, structured follow-up with prospects and families
• Achieve and exceed monthly move-in and occupancy goals

Lead Management & CRM Execution

• Manage all leads through the CRM system (Apploi or equivalent)
• Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation
• Track performance metrics and maintain strong conversion ratios
• Maintain pipeline discipline from first inquiry through move-in

Community Outreach & Marketing

• Build and maintain referral relationships (hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, local partners)
• Plan and execute events, tours, and outreach initiatives
• Represent the community professionally within the local Annapolis market

Customer Experience

• Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism
• Deliver a seamless experience from first contact through move-in
• Partner closely with the Executive Director and operations team to ensure successful transitions

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality strongly preferred)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong closing skills and relationship-building ability
• Experience with CRM systems and structured lead follow-up
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and professional
• Passion for working with seniors and their families
