One of our Top Nationwide Loan Officer Teams is looking to grow in the Morgantown, WV area. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to support an established leader as a Business Development / Client Relationship Manager in the Morgantown, WV and Deep Creek Lake, MD area. The Candidate will act as a liaison at our office in Deep Creek Lake / McHenry, Maryland to assist our sales team by acting as a point of contact for new Realtor and business partners as well as existing ones. Key Duties and Responsibilities Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Assist interaction between the Client and Loan Officers. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Conduct research to identify new opportunities. Develop relationships with realtors and industry partners. Promote the company’s service. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Nurture and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. Develop opportunities in target markets with support of a great marketing team. Attend face-to-face meetings with business partners and clients when needed. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to multi-task using strong organization and prioritization skills. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications. Ability to quickly learn the mortgage industry related to job duties. Build and maintain positive relations with all team members and associates. Time management and planning skills. Flexibility in work hours to meet client’s needs. Polished and professional telephone manner. Education & Experience Minimum one (1) year mortgage experience preferred but not required. Sales / Marketing experience with a strong sales track record preferred. Associates/Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience. Strong communication and organizational skills a must. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive. Versed in Social Media channels. Experience in customer support. Market knowledge a plus. Salary starts at $30,000 base rate PLUS BONUS on production. Total comp package should be $45,000 + in first year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
