This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families’ homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.**What You’ll Do*** Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners* Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the restoration and construction industries* Represent Thomasville Restoration at networking events, trade shows, and community functions* Deliver presentations that promote Thomasville’s services and value proposition* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure leads are properly followed up and converted into projects* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in CRM software* Track performance metrics and report weekly progress to leadership* Provide market feedback to management regarding competitor activity and client needs* Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness* Follow up with clients post-project to maintain long-term partnerships**Who You Are*** Experienced in managing construction or home improvement projects* Experienced in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries)* Strong communicator with exceptional networking and relationship-building skills* Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented* Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups both in person and virtually* Organized with strong time management and follow-up abilities* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems* Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment* Professional, personable, and committed to representing Thomasville’s values in every interaction**Your Impact** As a Business Development Manager, you are the face of Thomasville Restoration within the community and industry.
