Business Development Manager

Nuclear Business Development Manager We are seeking a Nuclear Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Nuclear Power Generation market. The role focuses on creating and maintaining high-value relationships and project opportunities in nuclear power plants across the United States. Responsibilities The role focuses on helping nuclear power plant owners manage the service life of existing civil infrastructure through the development, production, and delivery of repair solutions. Additionally, the candidate will manage complex project pursuits working with a multidisciplinary internal team that includes engineering and construction operations. This client-interface position requires substantial travel to nuclear power plants (minimum 60% travel). Building, maintaining, and growing relationships in nuclear power generation plants through one-to-one meetings, presentations, etc. Identifying and developing project opportunities focused on collaborative delivery scenarios. Facilitating project opportunities through an internal team that includes engineering and construction operations. Attending and/or presenting at industry conferences and trade shows. Actively participating in industry associations. Supporting proposal development, diligent internal and client follow-up, and using Salesforce to manage client relationships and project pursuits. Communicating with cross-functional business leaders and teams in a highly collaborative environment. Qualifications 10-15 years of sales experience in the Power Generation market, nuclear experience preferred. Goal-oriented, positive mindset combined with strong communication skills. Strong understanding of developing complex projects over extended sales cycles. Basic to advanced technical understanding of concrete construction, concrete repair, and associated technologies aimed at extending the service life of concrete structures. Experience working in a team environment, preferably with engineered products or services in a multi-stepped process. Bachelor’s degree.
