Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Collaborate with team members to support project planning and execution. Safely operate aerial lifts, bucket trucks, and other construction equipment. Complete accurate documentation of installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Previous experience as an Aerial Lineman or in a similar telecommunications role. Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Technical certification related to telecommunications or fiber optics. Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Physical Requirements Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, reach, climb, and work in elevated positions. Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods. Additional Requirements Willingness to work overtime when required. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
