Summary of Job Duties:
Graduate Assistants work in various capacities for the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville:

- Assist with student support and programming,
- Research duties, or
- Teaching

Graduate Assistants work 20 hours per week. Graduate Assistants work 9-month or 12-month appointments.

Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
