Description The Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Leading project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and forecasting reports. Identifying project risks early and implementing proactive solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives. Overseeing contract administration, change management, and cost control activities. Coordinating with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence on site. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service. Driving project performance while maintaining the company's standards for quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship. Profile A successful Base Build Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Demonstrated experience leading base building construction projects valued at $20M+. Experience delivering K-12, library, municipal, government, higher education, or other institutional projects preferred. Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and adapt to changing project needs. Self-motivated professional who takes ownership and drives results. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
