Industrial Maintenance Technician - Die Casting

Description What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair die casting machines, hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and auxiliary production equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement effective, timely repair solutions. Fabricate, modify, and repair machine components as needed using machining and fabrication equipment. Assist with machine installations, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support production operations by ensuring equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, and repair documentation accurately and timely. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures. Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance team members to improve equipment performance and reliability. Requirements What We're Looking For Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment efficiently and safely. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production and maintenance teams. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, safety-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training, apprenticeship, or maintenance certifications are a plus.
