Minimum Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
\n
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is beneficial
\n

• Facility Type: Hospital
\n
• Shift: Days
\n
• Working Hours: M-F 8-4:30
\n
• Patient Load: 6-9 patients per day
\n
• Floating to other facilities may be required
\n
