Job Title Procurement Governance Specialist Location White Plains, NY (Hybrid) Project Overview Assist in the Governance arm of the Procurement department with quality assurance and compliance activities, resulting in increased accuracy of contract data and minimization of manual efforts associated therewith. Job Functions & Responsibilities Assist with data validation and transition to new systems. Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts. Assist with ad hoc projects. Skills Must be able to focus and provide 100% accuracy. Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand. Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience. Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant. Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree.
