Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and driven Customer Retention & Client Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help homeowners get the most from their lawn care programs while building long-term customer loyalty. This role combines customer service, account management, and relationship-based sales.

Your focus will be helping customers understand their lawn care needs, recommending solutions that fit their goals, and ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout their experience with Lawn Doctor.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Retention & Client Success Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying lawn health needs and recommending customized treatment programs, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout every customer interaction. All team members are expected to professionally assist customer, handle service-related questions, and support customer satisfaction efforts as part of their daily responsibilities.


Responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with existing customers and recommend additional lawn care services
• Proactively contact customers to improve retention and satisfaction
• Recommend additional services when appropriate based on customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns and create positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Answer customer questions regarding services, scheduling, and treatments
• Follow up on service visits and customer feedback

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred

Preferred Experience
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

• Lawn care or landscaping sales
• Customer service
• Customer retention and account management
• Client relations
• Residential service industries
• Lead generation and sales follow-up
• Route sales or field sales experience
