Travel Nurse - Telemetry (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry to join our team. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes using established protocols. Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately. Supporting safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates. Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge procedures. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation. Strong communication skills for patient education and care coordination.
