Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives supporting Wealth Management
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and translate business objectives into technology roadmaps
- Manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
- Drive executive-level governance, reporting, risk management, dependencies, and escalations
- Oversee platforms supporting sales enablement, content management, digital enablement, and advisor tools
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are incorporated throughout delivery
- Manage vendor and platform partnerships
- Drive delivery within Agile or hybrid environments
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology platforms
- Financial services or Wealth Management experience
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Preferred:
- Experience with Seismic and/or Salesforce
- Previous Bank of America experience
- Experience supporting Wealth Management or financial advisor platforms
