US Revenue Enablement Program Coordinator

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a US Revenue Enablement Program Coordinator within our Revenue Enablement organization. This is a remote position supporting US Revenue. In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day execution of Revenue Enablement programs, serving as the operational and data backbone for the Talent Onboarding & Continued Growth and Enablement Strategy & Execution teams. You will report directly to the Senior Director, Program Strategy & Execution and regularly collaborate with Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Product, IT, Legal, and subject matter experts. How We Work As a US Revenue Enablement Program Coordinator, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Remote work environment Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training and access to Revenue Enablement tools and resources Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Coordinating monthly New Hire Onboarding cohort logistics, calendars, schedules, invitations, participant communications, training rooms, venues, catering, travel-related logistics, materials, welcome kits, rosters, attendance records, and follow-up actions. Coordinating facilitators, SMEs, sales leaders, mentors, and other program participants while ensuring required materials and resources are available prior to each session. Maintaining repeatable onboarding checklists, trackers, calendars, and processes to support consistent execution across monthly cohorts. Coordinating seller and sales leadership training events, forums, workshops, Lead to Enable sessions, Product Forums, leadership sessions, reinforcement events, and other strategic enablement programs. Managing invitations, attendee lists, calendars, meeting logistics, materials, key dates, dependencies, deliverables, action logs, and follow-up communications. Supporting change management and adoption plans by drafting, formatting, and distributing program launches, training invitations, reminders, updates, announcements, and follow-up messages. Maintaining distribution lists and audience segmentation while coordinating communication timing across Enablement programs to reduce duplication and seller disruption. Using AI tools to accelerate drafting, editing, personalization, and quality control of program communications and materials. Building and maintaining reusable AI-enabled assets, including prompt libraries, communication templates, and standard formats, to improve speed, quality, and consistency across the Enablement function. Applying AI to summarize session feedback, cohort survey results, and program data into leadership-ready summaries and identifying repetitive administrative work that could be automated or AI-assisted. Maintaining centralized Enablement calendars, schedules, trackers, participant rosters, attendance and completion records, program documentation, folders, templates, and standard operating procedures. Supporting weekly and monthly Enablement leadership reporting, meeting materials, agendas, status updates, follow-up notes, and administrative actions. Providing basic administrative support for enablement platforms, including course assignments, user coordination, program setup, learner communications, and standard completion, attendance, and engagement reporting. Partnering cross-functionally with Enablement Strategy & Execution, Talent Onboarding & Continued Growth, Learning Design & Development, Sales Leaders, SMEs, HR, Talent Acquisition, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, IT, Legal, and other partners to ensure logistics, communications, schedules, and administrative requirements are addressed. Qualifications & Skills 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, enablement, training administration, project coordination, event coordination, sales operations, or a related role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs, schedules, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and related productivity tools. Experience coordinating meetings, training sessions, events, or large participant groups. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity, communication, and administrative execution. Experience supporting Sales, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or Revenue Operations preferred. Experience coordinating onboarding or training programs preferred. Familiarity with learning or enablement platforms such as Allego, Brainshark, Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, or similar platforms preferred. Exposure to change management, internal communications, basic reporting, and data tracking preferred. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
