Sales Leadership Program Enablement Manager

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Leadership Enablement Program Manager within our Revenue Enablement organization. This position supports our US Revenue organization and is remote. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Sales Leadership Training to operationalize and execute leadership development initiatives, ensuring sales managers and leaders have the tools, training, and resources needed to lead high-performing teams, coach effectively, and drive consistent execution across the organization. You will report directly to the Director of Sales Leadership Training and regularly collaborate with RevOps and Enablement, Sales, HR, Product, Marketing, instructional designers, and subject matter experts. How We Work As a Sales Leadership Enablement Program Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: • A remote work environment • Company-issued equipment • Collaboration with Revenue Enablement, Sales, HR, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: • Partnering with the Director of Sales Leadership Training to define the long-term strategy and roadmap for leadership enablement programs • Translating business goals into learning and development objectives that strengthen leadership performance and accountability • Leading the planning, development, and delivery of leadership workshops, summits, and certification programs • Coordinating logistics, resources, and communications to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional participant experience • Collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts to produce engaging, scalable content • Serving as the primary liaison between sales leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional partners, including HR, Product, and Marketing • Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with GTM initiatives, leadership competencies, and business priorities • Defining KPIs for leadership enablement initiatives and tracking program effectiveness through participation, engagement, and performance data • Analyzing feedback and results to identify gaps, measure ROI, and continuously improve program quality and impact • Developing clear, compelling communications to promote program awareness and adoption • Championing a culture of learning, coaching, and continuous improvement across all levels of leadership Qualifications & Skills • 7–10 years of experience in leadership development within a complex B2B environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field • Proven success leading enterprise-wide leadership initiatives from concept through execution • Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales, ideally within payments, financial services, or SaaS • Exceptional project management, communication, and facilitation skills • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and learning or enablement platforms such as LMS, Seismic, or Highspot • Experience with behavioral and leadership capability programs such as DiSC, MBTI, DDI, CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder), Situational Leadership, EQ-i 2.0, or EQ 360 • Experience developing or managing leadership academies, coaching frameworks, and performance enablement programs preferred • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration • Analytical thinking with a focus on outcomes, measurement, and continuous improvement • Strong executive presence, strategic mindset, and a passion for developing leaders • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment Benefits & Perks • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire • Automatic enrollment into our 401(k) plan (subject to eligibility requirements) • Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide • Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time • Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) • Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations • Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes #LI-Corpay Pay Transparency The expected salary range for this position is [$85,000 – $115,000], based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
